YOU ARE…

• A passion for education and a minimum of two years’ experience as a hairdresser/educator.
• A genuine interest in training others and seeking continuous professional development within the field of education.
• An extroverted, flexible, and open-minded personality, full of initiative and a desire to inspire others.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented approach.
• Fluency in both Norwegian and English (written and spoken).
• A valid driver’s license (B) and a willingness to travel extensively throughout Norway (and sometimes the Nordics).
• A base in the Trondheim area.
• Familiar with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
