We're currently seeking passionate Certificate III Educators, Diploma Educators and Early Childhood Teachers to join our team - preferably in full time roles, but we will also consider Educators seeking four days per week.

About the role

As an Educator or Early Childhood Teacher, you will play an important role in creating learning environments where children feel safe, supported, capable, and inspired to learn.

You'll:

✅ Build genuine, respectful relationships with children and families

✅ Deliver engaging learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework

✅ Support children's development through play based learning and intentional teaching

✅ Observe, assess and document children's learning and achievements

✅ Contribute to a positive and professional team environment

✅ Help maintain safe, inclusive and high quality learning environments

About you

We're looking for people who are passionate about early childhood education and committed to making a difference in children's lives.

You will have:

🎓 Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education qualification

✅ Current Working with Children Check

🚑 Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)

💛 A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development

💬 Strong communication and relationship building skills
