Our preschool classrooms focus on building school readiness through play-based learning, creativity, and hands-on exploration in a warm, structured environment. This role is perfect for an EEC-certified Preschool Teacher who enjoys guiding young children as they build confidence, independence, and early academic skills. What You’ll Do Lead a preschool classroom in a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment Implement The Learning Experience’s play-based curriculum to support social, emotional, and academic growth Encourage positive behavior, independence, and curiosity Communicate daily with families about classroom activities and child progress Maintain a clean, organized classroom and follow all health and safety standards Work closely with your teaching team and leadership to ensure classroom success Ensure full compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements What We’re Looking For Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required Experience working in a preschool, daycare, or childcare center preferred High school diploma or GED required; ECE degree or coursework a plus Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) CPR/First Aid preferred (or willingness to obtain) Reliable, nurturing, and team-oriented Why You’ll Love Working Here $20–$22 per hour (based on experience & credentials) Monday–Friday schedule (no nights/weekends) Paid time off & holidays Health, dental, vision & 401K options Childcare discount Ongoing training and career growth opportunities
