EEG Technician - AK PMG Peds Subspecialty The Electroneurodiagnostic Technologist will perform neurodiagnostic studies under the direction of a neurologist, in accordance with the guidelines of the American Society of Electroneurodiagnostic Technologists (ASET). This position also plays a lead role in training and educating current and/or incoming EEG students affiliated with Providence Health & Services Alaska, while working collaboratively with the program’s manager and medical director. Required Qualifications: Graduate from a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) accredited Neurodiagnostic Program. National Certification from American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. 3 years - In the performance of procedures in a patient care environment.
