高校交換留学を希望される高校生および保護者の方に対し、カウンセリング、選考試験、面談の実施から出発前準備、出発後のフォローなどを行なっていただきます。これからの日本の未来を担う若者をサポートしたい方、・グローバルな環境で日本と世界をつなぐ仕事がしたい方、・決まった業務をこなすのではなく、臨機応変に裁量のある仕事でスキルを磨きたい方、高校交換留学部署はそんな方にピッタリのチームです。高校交換留学部署では、アメリカの現地高等学校（ローカルスクール）へ1学年間留学ができるプログラムを提供しています。詳細はこちら：https://www.efjapan.co.jp/highschool/ [https://www.efjapan.co.jp/highschool/] 海外の高校生活にあこがれる学生や、自分自身をもっとチャレンジングな環境下において成長させたい、視野を広げたいと高い目標を持つ学生の、世界の扉を開くサポートをする、とても意義があるお仕事です。【業務内容】 * 資料請求者に対するコンタクト（個別カウンセリング、各種イベントへの誘致） * 説明会、選考会など各種イベントの企画・運営 * プログラム参加生のスクリーニング全般（面接、筆記試験の実施） * 出発前オリエンテーションの準備及び実施 * 渡航当日の空港でのサポート業務 * 現地スタッフとのコミュニケーション * 留学中の参加生のサポート業務 * 帰国後のパーティ企画・運営少数精鋭で、一人ひとりの裁量がとても多く、新しいキャンペーンやイベントのアイディアを実現するチャンスをもらえたり、日本を代表して海外カンフェレンスなどに出席したりします。高校交換留学プログラムに参加する中高生との距離もとても近く、ファーストネームで呼び合うほど親密になります。留学前～帰国後と1年以上もの期間を担当するため、長期的かつ近い距離感で信頼関係構築をすることができます。オフィスでは仕事柄、日常的に英語が飛び交うなど外資系の雰囲気が色濃く漂っています。コンサルタントとしても、留学前～帰国後の参加生のサポートにおいて、ほぼ毎日現地スタッフとのコミュニケーションが欠かせないため、英語力が活かせます。【必須条件】・大卒以上・B to Cビジネスの実務経験（営業・接客・カスタマー対応など）・社内会議に参加できる程度以上の英語力、Full Fluentの日本語力【歓迎要件】営業経験留学経験または海外に住んだことのある方（短期・長期問わず）【求める人物像】・マルチタスクが得意な方・柔軟性が高く、臨機応変に行動ができる方・目標達成志向が強い方・自発的に行動できる方 Some companies are in the business of banking.
