Our final core value is making every minute count, driving performance and efficiency. Mission of Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary The EFDA reports to the Practice Administrator. The mission of the EFDA is to help facilitate and perform restorations on patients while keeping them comfortable. They will be able to discuss what they are doing and why they are doing it to the patient. They will always be kind and compassionate to the patient’s needs. Schedule & Availability Status: Part-Time Days Required: Fridays only Key Performance Indicators Help same day production. Increase overall monthly production Key Responsibilities Performing duties within your realm of licensure to help the flow of the day and increase same day opportunities. Seeing patients to restore their teeth back to health and discuss prevention measures with patients. Flexibly perform traditional dental assisting and chairside duties as needed to support the broader team. Responsibilities
The EFDA is responsible for performing dental restorations and providing patient education on preventative health. They also support the broader team through traditional dental assisting and chairside duties to ensure efficient daily flow.
