About the Role: We’re looking for an Effectiveness Business Director to join our Effectiveness team and lead large-scale marketing effectiveness projects across a range of exciting accounts. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve their marketing objectives. You will provide a progressive view of what drives marketing effectiveness and will develop strategic learning agendas to improve effectiveness. You will work alongside our Client Experience and Buying teams to enhance campaign performance, drive innovation, and build strong relationships with key clients. This is the ideal role for you if you have strong experience in designing and delivering a wide range of marketing effectiveness projects and an in-depth understanding of analytical techniques. You have knowledge and understanding of machine learning and AI and will have demonstrable experience in driving marketing effectiveness through great story telling.
