JOB DESCRIPTION:

The responsibility of the right candidate will be to actively participate to the deployment, support and adoption of our eFront platform across all alterDomus offices. The successful candidate will also play a key role in our client’s integrations workstreams and will report to the Platform Delivery Team leader.

• Act as a key person in the delivery of eFront initiatives such as clients’ integrations, systems interfaces, new modules deployment, system upgrades, …
• Run both internal & client facing workshops (Requirements gathering, Solutions design, …)
• Prepare user acceptance testing campaigns
• Monitor the success and the users’ adoption of the projects
• Prepare project documentation (project plans & timelines, user guides, …)
• Report metrics and KPIs to the management
• Lead & mentor junior resources
• Work closely with the Platform Delivery Team leader and escalate any issues or concerns
