JOB SCOPE:- Meet and greet guests on their arrival Carry out set up duties Carry out cleaning duties Up sell of products and services Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction in food and beverages JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- To greet, receive and bid farewell to passengers in the front reception counter. To assist passengers with their luggage on entry and exit at the lounge. To take order of the passengers. To serve food and beverage to passengers. To clean the table after passengers finished their meal. To page for flight departure for contracted airlines. To page for the availability of shower facility to passengers on queue. To carry out regular checks of all areas of the lounge, such as shower rooms, toilets to ensure consistent cleanliness. To handle Meet and Greet service when required. Must be well versed with the different currency conversion rates. To possess a good knowledge in general information of the airport including its facilities, flight schedules and airlines information, direction to the departure gates etc. To be well versed with the computer and/or email and internet services; to assist passengers whenever required. To cooperate and work in a team towards development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the quality management system. Direct all aspects of operations of the F&B department and control its quality in accordance with company and ISO standard. To take initiative to identify areas for improvement and participate in continual improvement activities. To undertake other jobs assigned by superior from time to time. Requirements JOB REQUIREMENTS:- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Hotel/Hospitality/Restaurant or any other related industry. Graduate/BHM/Diploma in Hotel Management from any recognized University/Institute. Enthusiastic, Pleasing personality, good communication skills, Responsible, Smart & tidy in appearance, Excellent F&B knowledge. Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging services. Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages. Preference-Hotel/Hospitality/Restaurant/Aviation/FMCG or any other related Industry.
