Your responsibilities will include: ● Serve as the site lead for emergency planning and response. Ensure that adequate evacuation and response procedures are in place, including training for all applicable employee roles. ● Develop and maintain an EH&S staffing plan that supports implementation and improvement of the site's EH&S Management Systems. ● Hire, coach, and develop direct reports through training, assignments, performance reviews, and progressive discipline as appropriate. ● Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Occupational Safety, Safety Engineering, Safety Management, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline ● 8 to 12 years of total professional experience, including ● 3 to 5+ years of people management experience, ideally in a functional leadership role within EH&S ● Experience developing and/or sustaining ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 Management Systems ● Working knowledge of EH&S regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA, EPA, DOT, EPCRA, RCRA) ● Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional EH&S performance ● Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization ● Thorough understanding of best-in-class EH&S management practices ● Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation ● Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries ● Experience working within a Quality Management System-controlled manufacturing environment ● Familiarity with ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems Requisition ID: 621799 Minimum Salary: $ 102100 Maximum Salary: $ 194000 Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
