The Role:

A permanent full time position has become available for an eHealth Client IT Support Officer based at the Osborne Park Laboratory.

The primary role is to deploy and configure a proprietary software package to the referring clinicians of the practice to facilitate electronic ordering and result delivery. The role also includes providing support to existing clients.

Reasonable experience with the following technologies are needed or desired:

• Windows Desktops in AD environments
• Windows Server / standard Windows operating environments
• Good network troubleshooting skills
• iOS, Smartphone, Tablet, PC or Mac Experience
• Previous experience with Practice Management Systems such as Best Practice, Medical Director or Genie
