The Ambulatory & Sports Medicine Build Team Member will support the implementation of the Cúram Electronic Health Record (EHR) system across UPMC Ireland. Reporting to the Ambulatory & Sports Medicine Workstream Lead, this role focuses on assisting with the configuration, testing, and validation of ambulatory and sports medicine-related applications, including the Ambulatory module and supporting capabilities, with a primary focus on Sports Medicine and Health Initiative services. The Ambulatory & Sports Medicine Build Team Member will contribute to aligning system functionality with ambulatory and sports medicine staff under the guidance of the Ambulatory & Sports Medicine Workstream Lead. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reports to the Ambulatory & Sports Medicine Workstream Lead. Collaborates closely with relevant operational stakeholders, other Stream and Workstream leads, workstream members, change management, and communications teams.
The Ambulatory & Sports Medicine Build Team Member will support the Ambulatory & Sports Medicine Workstream Lead in delivering the Ambulatory & Sports Medicine workstream for the Cúram EHR implementation within UPMC Ireland. The role involves assisting in executing tasks within the project scope and governance, including stakeholder coordination and milestone tracking. The member will collaborate with the Ambulatory & Sports Medicine Workstream Lead and other workstream members to ensure alignment with ambulatory and sports medicine operations and programme goals. Additionally, the role includes contributing to the documentation of workflows, system configurations, and testing different outcomes (e.g. interoperability, data migration, reporting, end-user devices) to support a seamless end-user experience.
