Description:
The Implementation Project Manager (IPM) has primary responsibility for the onboarding success of new clients, along with existing clients who add new services. The IPM will develop, execute and manage implementation plans including needs assessment, timelines, resource assignment, and client relationships. The IPM must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams regarding the project status, issues, risk management, and achievement of deadlines. The IPM plays an integral role in the success of the project from close of sale to installation of OP to go-live. The IPM will monitor the client progress report, conduct weekly readiness assessments with the client pre go-live, and continue weekly progress meetings post go-live. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful EHR implementations and outstanding customer service skills.
