Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey-before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Minimum three years of relevant healthcare experience in a clinical or business role.

Preferred:

• Experience working in behavioral health and/or ambulatory care settings.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cerner/Millennium platforms.
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) software, including system assessment and implementation.
• Knowledge of Health Information Management and integration implementation.
• Experience providing PMO (Project Management Office) support.
• Strong understanding of clinical and business workflows in one or more Oracle Health Solutions domains, especially behavioral health and ambulatory.
• Demonstrated ability to recommend configuration options that align with best practice workflows.

As a Project Delivery Senior Analyst on the project, you will:

• Support an EHR modernization project.
• Possess a deep expertise in Oracle Cerner/Millennium platforms and have a strong understanding of both clinical and business workflows, particularly within behavioral health and ambulatory care settings.
• Combine project management skills with Oracle Health Solutions knowledge to drive successful EHR design, build, and optimization for assigned clinical and business domain groups.
• Analyze, document, and optimize clinical and business workflows related to Oracle Cerner/Millennium EHR platforms, focusing on behavioral health and ambulatory care domains.
