GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
The Supply Chain Management Build Team Member will support the SCM Workstream Lead in delivering the Supply Chain Management workstream for the Cúram EHR implementation within UPMC Ireland. The role involves assisting in executing tasks within the project scope and governance, including stakeholder coordination and milestone tracking. The member will collaborate with the SCM Workstream Lead and other workstream members to ensure alignment with supply chain operations and programme goals. Additionally, the role includes contributing to the documentation of workflows, system configurations, and testing different outcomes (e.g. interoperability, data migration, reporting, end-user devices) to support a seamless end-user experience.

OVERVIEW OF ROLE:
The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Build Team Member will support the implementation of the Cúram Electronic Health Record (EHR) system across UPMC Ireland. Reporting to the SCM Workstream Lead, this role focuses on assisting with the configuration, testing, and validation of supply chain-related applications, including inventory control, purchasing, requisitioning, receiving, and supply distribution. The SCM Build Team Member will contribute to aligning system functionality with supply chain workflows and operational requirements under the guidance of the SCM Workstream Lead. This role provides operational and technical support for the SCM workstream, collaborating with clinical, financial, and technical teams to ensure a smooth and effective transformation of supply chain functions.
