The Role You’ll Play As our EHR Systems Administrator, you will serve as a key technical resource supporting both our electronic health record systems and the data that drives our organization forward. In this role, you’ll help ensure our systems run smoothly, our reporting is accurate, and our teams have the information they need to make informed decisions. You’ll work closely with departments across Pawnee, including Clinical, HR, Finance, and Operations, to develop reporting solutions, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize workflows. This role blends technical expertise with collaboration, allowing you to play an important part in maintaining data integrity, supporting regulatory reporting, and helping our teams better serve the communities we care for. What You’ll Do: Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and reporting datasets, while creating custom reports and data extracts for departments such as HR, Finance, Clinical Services, and Operations. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory, grant, and organizational reporting requirements. Serve as the primary administrator for the EHR system, managing configuration, user access, workflows, and overall system functionality. Support EHR upgrades, testing, enhancements, and vendor coordination to maintain system performance and reliability. Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support for EHR functionality and reporting tools. Provide training and guidance to staff on reporting tools, EHR workflows, and data best practices. Collaborate with leadership to improve reporting efficiency, optimize workflows, support system integrations, and maintain documentation for reporting logic and system processes. Requirements Required: High school diploma or equivalent with relevant database, reporting, or EHR support experience Strong experience with SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services, and data extraction tools Experience administering or supporting an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system strongly preferred Experience with Power BI, data modeling, or healthcare reporting environments preferred Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills Preferred: Experience with CCBHC demonstration or expansion programs familiarity with trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and person-centered care models Experience supporting grant-funded or federally regulated programs
