GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

You will have responsibility for supporting the Architecture and Technical Infrastructure workstream within the UPMC Ireland Cúram transformation programme. You will support the implementation & operational delivery of the programme within the project scope and governance, including identification of your stream’s stakeholders. You will collaborate with the other workstream leads where required.
For the Cúram programme to be deployed, you will be responsible for the end-user experience relating to technical requirements, with the other workstream members. You will support the decision-making process towards the resolution of issues impacting your workstream alongside the Architecture and Technical Infrastructure Stream Lead.

Responsibilities

OVERVIEW OF ROLE:

The Technical Infrastructure Generalist will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of the Cúram Electronic Health Record (EHR) across UPMC Ireland. Reporting to the Architecture and Technical Infrastructure Lead, this position is responsible for supporting the technical requirements of the programme including peripheral estate infrastructure, hardware deployment, user authentication, network configuration, downtime solution(s), disaster recovery, and liaising with facilities managers to support the deployment, performance, scalability, and security of the Cúram programme. This role provides tactical support for the Architecture and Technical Infrastructure workstream and ensures close alignment of multiple technical capabilities with clinical and business system deployment.
