GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

The Theatre & Anaesthesia Build Team Member will support the Theatre & Anaesthesia Workstream Lead in delivering the Theatre & Anaesthesia workstream for the Cúram EHR implementation within UPMC Ireland. The role involves assisting in executing tasks within the project scope and governance, including stakeholder coordination and milestone tracking. The member will collaborate with the Theatre & Anaesthesia Workstream Lead and other workstream members to ensure alignment with Theatre & Anaesthesia operations and programme goals. Additionally, the role includes contributing to the documentation of workflows, system configurations, and testing different outcomes (e.g. interoperability, data migration, reporting, end-user devices) to support a seamless end-user experience.

Responsibilities

OVERVIEW OF ROLE:

The Theatre & Anaesthesia Build Team Member will play a pivotal role in supporting the Cúram Electronic Health Record (EHR) system across UPMC Ireland. Reporting to the Theatre & Anaesthesia Workstream Lead, this role focuses on assisting with the configuration, testing, and validation of Theatre & Anaesthesia-related applications, including Theatres, Theatre Materials Management, the anaesthesia solution (yet to be confirmed) and supporting capabilities, with a primary focus on Theatre & Anaesthesia services. The Theatre & Anaesthesia Build Team Member will contribute to aligning system functionality with Theatre & Anaesthesia staff under the guidance of the Theatre & Anaesthesia Workstream Lead.
