Description
The EHS and Facilities Manager provides leadership in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance and manages facility operations and maintenance to support production needs, ensure legal compliance, and optimize costs and performance. As EHS Manager: Direct EHS activities and establish objectives and targets. Ensure compliance with national, provincial, and local regulations. Maintain ISO 14001 certification and close regulatory findings promptly. Conduct risk assessments and develop EHS goals aligned with corporate strategy. Promote zero-incident culture and facilitate EHS engagement through committees. Manage EHS data systems (e.g., MESH PRISM) and training matrices. Act as Environmental Management Representative and designated PCO when required. Oversee chemical safety and compliance with GHS standards. Manage factory facility equipment and infrastructure operations. Ensure zero unplanned downtime and zero safety incidents. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Professional License required). Minimum 6 years of experience in a multinational company at management level. Regulatory certifications as required by law. Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and ISO 14001 standards. Skills in project management, MS Office tools, and compliance programs.
