Working at Australia’s largest pharmaceutical site, you will be responsible for administering, reviewing and supporting EHS programs and, maintaining regulatory compliance, at our CSL Behring Broadmeadows site. This role will also be partnering with business to ensure CSL manufacturing and project activities meet high standards for environmental, health and safety management and to drive continuous improvement. As part of the EHS team, you will report into the EHS Director at our Broadmeadows site. Your Responsibilities Support the development and deployment of allocated EHS programs from the strategic plan and drive a culture of continuous improvement Support the improvement of allocated EHS systems and processes Manage EHS department procurement processes and undertake allocated processes, reporting, and training programs Business partner with CSL departments, participate in incident investigation analysis and support identification of measures to address EHS issues Co-ordinate EHS communications and initiatives, including committees, meetings and events Develop EHS specific training packages and facilitate general EHS education and communication workshops as required Provide support to other EHS team members as required Your skills and experience Bachelor’s Degree preferably within the disciplines of safety, engineering or science and/or other relevant tertiary qualifications 3+ years experience working in an EHS team or in roles with a large safety component Experience developing and implementing EHS Management systems and processes including proven ability to deliver practical tools and training Experience in EHS training, reporting and systems management Demonstrated ability to organise, prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to work effectively in a team setting and among multiple department functions Apply now to join an organisation that is growing and an Australian success story.
