We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative EHS Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate training records, and providing technical support to users. The coordinator also oversees the processing and tracking of workers’ compensation, property damage, and vehicle claims, while maintaining confidential records and supporting incident investigations. This position plays a key role in regulatory compliance and operational efficiency across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in EHS administration or claims processing.
  • Experience with LMS platforms (KPA preferred).
  • Familiarity with workers’ compensation laws and insurance processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the LMS platform, including user setup, course assignments, and reporting.
  • Track employee training completion and generate compliance reports.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to LMS users.
  • Ensure training records are accurate and up to date.
  • Process and track workers’ compensation claims, including initial reporting and coordination with insurance providers.
  • Manage documentation and reporting for property damage and vehicle incidents.
  • Communicate with employees, supervisors, and third-party administrators to resolve claims.
  • Maintain confidential records in compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Assist in incident investigations and compile supporting documentation.
  • Organize EHS documentation, including safety audits, inspection reports, and corrective actions.
  • Support EHS meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.
  • Assist with regulatory reporting (e.g., OSHA logs).
  • Order and manage inventory of safety supplies and PPE.
