EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
· Fully bilingual (Spanish and English).
· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
· Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and suppliers.
MATH SKILLS:
· Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
· Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
· Computer literate and knowledge of Internet and Business applications such as Microsoft office.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
· Planning/organizational skills to consistently, effectively and timely comply with business goals, plans, processes, practices-within due dates.
· Problem solving skills to solve complex and practical problems.
· Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts and draw conclusions.
· Willingness to lead, motivate, offer suggestions and guidance to address risk taking opportunities and business challenges.
· Knowledge of strategic/business planning, leadership, resource allocation, production processes and people management
