Role reports to: EHSS经理 Location: Asia Pacific, China, Shanghai, Shanghai Work Location: Fully Onsite What you will do Under and in accordance with all applicable laws/regulations and Corporate Kenvue, procedures and guidelines, is responsible for: Enforcing and implementing EHS policies and procedures, with a strong focus on site safety & health management. Establishing and maintaining the ISO45001 Occupational Safety Management System, ensuring continuous improvement of safety performance. Identifying and assessing safety and health risks, prioritizing and implementing effective risk control measures. Developing safety-related monitoring and inspection programs to ensure all activities meet established safety standards. Driving safety culture initiatives, optimizing hazard identification processes, coordinating investigations of potential risks, and following up on CAPA implementation and effectiveness. Leading emergency management and incident investigation efforts, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions are completed. Assessing safety training needs, standardizing the EHS training matrix, and ensuring all employees receive necessary safety and health training to work safely and legally. Providing daily safety support for the shopfloor, including regular shop-floor safety inspections and follow-up corrective actions for non-compliance. Promoting employee engagement in safety activities, assisting the EHS Manager in creating a safety-focused environment that reduces and controls unsafe behaviors. Supporting IOSS projects in accordance with Kenvue EHS standards and regularly reviewing KPI implementation across different areas. Collaborating across departments, providing safety and health support for business projects. Performing other related duties assigned. Responsibilities
The EHS Engineer is responsible for enforcing and implementing Kenvue's EHS policies, focusing heavily on site safety and health management, including maintaining the ISO45001 system and identifying/controlling safety risks. This role also involves leading emergency management, conducting incident investigations, standardizing safety training, and providing daily safety support on the shopfloor.
