Description
1. Manage and maintain the implementation of Atotech’s EHS related SOPs/Standards, and the Chinese national regulation to guarantee all Atotech YZ site in compliance with Chinese national laws, regulations and standards and company rules and policies. 2. Regularly track, review Occupational Health/Safety related policies, laws, and regulations, identify the changes and communicate it to the stakeholders. Identify and assess emerging Occupational Health/Safety issues and regulations that can impact site operations, services, products, and Occupational Health related permitting strategies. Proactively take actions to avoid significant compliance risk. 3. Maintain site EHS Management System and site ISO14001/45001 certificate. 4. Develop and arrange Occupational Health related sampling, testing and trend analysis such as occupational disease hazard monitoring; 5.Arrange the occupational health check for pre-employee, on-the-job, and post-employment, establish and maintain the occupational health archives. 6. Conduct EHS inspection. Lead and participate routine internal EHS self-audit, regularly assess to ensure all HSE procedures implemented correctly and effectively. Daily EHS compliance inspection and follow up finding improvement. 7. Lead/participate the investigation and following-up process for all EHS related incidents in line with EHS Policy. 8. Assist EHS Manager on other assigned EHS tasks. COMPETENCIES : '1.Good understanding of local laws and regulations, also the regulatory process and agencies that formulate and enforce them; 2.Experience in management of contractor and site safety; 3.Have strong knowledge of safety management & occupational health improvement technology as well; 4.Good documentation capability, plus organizing and planning skills; 5.Excellent interpersonal, communicative skills to work with plant personnel from senior to junior level; 6.Good team player.
