Maintain and improve the EHS management system in light of actual production needs, oversee the full-process management of the factory's environment, occupational health and work safety, identify EHS risks at all links and formulate prevention and control measures, ensure production and operation comply with national and local EHS laws, regulations and standards, prevent major EHS accidents, and provide a solid EHS guarantee for the enterprise's production and business operations. What you will do Organize the identification and assessment of the company's EHS risks regularly, audit the quality of assessments by each department, and supervise the implementation of risk control measures. Follow up on the achievement of the company's EHS objectives and targets, and be responsible for the collection, verification, reporting and analysis of relevant basic data. Promote EHS requirements, activities and updates through company news and other channels to build an EHS culture within the enterprise. Organize EHS inspections in the factory area, issue rectification notices for potential hazards, track rectification progress, verify rectification effects and establish a hazard management ledger. Oversee the drills of EHS emergency plans to improve the factory's emergency response capacity, and revise the plans based on drill feedback. Follow up the closed-loop rectification of non-conformities in the EHS management system, participate in accident investigations, guide the formulation of corrective and preventive measures and track their implementation. Assist in building the company's EHS training system by applying new technologies such as video and AI, improve all staff's EHS awareness and operational capabilities, and track training effects. Assist in identifying EHS-related laws, regulations and government requirements, communicate them to relevant departments and track the implementation status. Assist in updating the documents of the EHS management system to ensure the effective implementation and continuous optimization of the system. Assist in the monitoring of the company's EHS-related factors, analyze the monitoring results and share them with relevant departments. Assist in or participate in the internal and external audits of the EHS management system, continuously optimize the system and ensure no major non-conformities are found in the audits. What you bring Experience Over 2 years of relevant work experience in EHS management within the manufacturing industry. Excellent cross-departmental communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities, capable of efficiently engaging with internal and external stakeholders to drive the implementation of compliance work. Strong multimedia editing and production capabilities Personal competencies Bachelor's degree or above, major in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering and other related majors. Candidates with Certified Safety Engineer and Environmental Engineer professional qualification certificates are preferred, and those with ISO14001/ISO45001 internal auditor certificates are preferred.
