Description

Assist the EHS Manager and team with day-to-day activities to support site EHS objectives and compliance. Participate in basic risk assessments and hazard identification activities under supervision. Support the development and organization of EHS training materials and documentation. Assist with maintaining training records and tracking completion status. Contribute to site EHS initiatives and events that promote safety awareness and engagement. Must be enrolled and returning as a junior or senior in a bachelor's degree program in Environmental Health & Safety or an engineering-related field at an accredited institution. Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8 (please don't round) Relocation is not provided for this role, the candidate must be located within 50 miles of Syracuse, NY. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation Overall cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher Prior internship or co-op experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
