Job Description Developing, implementing and maintaining EHS programs in accordance with Sika's global guidelines and local legislation. Monitoring work processes and ensuring that they are carried out in accordance with safety standards and regulations. Coordination of preventive inspections, safety observations, incidents and near-miss analyses Organization and implementation of EHS training and awareness of employees. Identification of environmental aspects and impact assessment (lifecycle approach, hazardous substances, waste, emissions, energy efficiency). Management and maintenance of the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 and Sika's internal processes. Monitoring quality KPIs, analysing deviations and proposing improvements. Coordination of internal and external quality audits. Performing other tasks according to the needs and the order of the superior. Qualifications Knowledge of EHS legislation, environmental legislation and safe work rules. Experience from the production environment is an advantage. Good level of english knowledge, both written and verbal communication Understanding of Sika CMS or other integrated management systems (preference). Analytical skills, accuracy, self-initiative. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage projects and implement change. Good command of computer tools (Excel, reports, record management systems).
