About the role Communicate and promote HSE principles to all employees, vendors, suppliers, and contractors. Address and mitigate any substandard HSE conditions to ensure effective implementation across all functions. Maintain and continuously improve compliance with ISO 450012018 and ISO 140012015 standards. Prepare and submit regular reports to relevant stakeholders, including the Operations Director, SEA HSE Regional Manager, and government authorities. Key responsibilities Manage all activities within the HSE Department. Establish and implement the HSE Activity Plan. Prepare regular reports to all relevant stakeholders. Communicate and promote HSE principles to employees, vendors, suppliers, and contractors. Act as Management Representative for ISO 450012018 and ISO 140012015, maintaining and improving both systems. Conduct regular inspections and audits within the factory and with related third parties. Execute regional programs such as BIG5 (LOTO, PTW, CSE, MHE, CHS) and others. Ensure proper implementation of all environmental aspects to maintain compliance, including regular environmental monitoring. Oversee WWTP operations to ensure compliance with standards. Implement improvements following HSE-related accidents or complaints. Follow up on unsafe conditions and unsafe actions promptly. Verify that all permits and licenses related to HSE remain valid. Deliver HSE training sessions and induction programs. Qualifications and skills Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree; a Master’s Degree is preferred. At least 10 years of experience working in HSE within related industries. Beware of scams online or from individuals claiming to represent us.
