Description
MISSION The EHS Manager is responsible for ensuring full compliance with all Environment, Health and Safety regulations and Calderys internal standards, while actively driving a strong EHS culture across the Marl plants (Sinsen & Brassert). The role also acts as a key EHS point of contact for the MA / SCF perimeter (8 plants across Turkey, Italy, France and Germany) and coordinates monthly EHS reporting to Corporate and following up EHS Roadmap. The position supports continuous improvement of ISO management systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Site EHS Leadership – Marl • Implement Calderys EHS strategy and objectives at Marl-Sinsen and Marl-Brassert • Act as visible EHS partner through shop-floor presence • Develop and deploy local EHS improvement plans • Maintain risk assessments and hazard analyses • Plan and deliver EHS training programs • Support CAPEX projects from an EHS perspective • Manage EHS management systems • Interface with authorities and manage permits and audits MA / SCF Perimeter Responsibilities • Act as key EHS coordination point for 7 plants • Support site EHS coordinators and plant management • Ensure alignment with Calderys standards • Share best practices and lessons learned Reporting & Governance • Coordinate monthly EHS reporting for all sites • Ensure data quality and timeliness • Analyze trends and track action plans Quality & ISO Support • Support ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 systems • Support audit preparation and follow-up • Promote integration of EHS and Quality systems REQUIREMENTS • Engineering degree or equivalent, preferably EHS focused • Experience in industrial EHS roles • Experience in international matrix organizations • Strong ISO management system knowledge • Hands-on, structured and autonomous • Strong communication skills • Fluent English and German • Proficient with MS Office tools WHAT WE OFFER • High-impact international EHS role • Strong exposure to multi-site operations • Long-term career development • Collaborative and performance-driven culture Calderys Group Calderys is a leading global solution provider for industries operating in high temperature conditions.
