Job Title EHS Manager Job Description Summary Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced and capable EHS Manager to provide Health, Safety, Security, Environmental and Quality (HSSEQ) leadership across a major corporate client portfolio. This role is critical in ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and embedding a strong safety culture across operations. About the Role Reporting to the National Services Manager, you will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and governance of HSSEQ systems and processes. You will provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders, support incident management and investigations, lead audits and compliance reporting, and ensure the effective operation of key safety platforms and frameworks. Job Description Key Responsibilities Lead the development, enhancement, and implementation of HSSEQ systems, processes, and training programs. Manage incident reporting, post-incident reviews, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee contractor safety management, monthly KPI and compliance reporting, and governance documentation. Support Business Continuity and Crisis Management planning. Provide specialist safety advice to leadership, facilities management teams, and project stakeholders. Maintain emergency procedures, hazardous materials registers, and compliance documentation. Contribute to operational risk management and support the delivery of BAU and project-related HSSEQ requirements. About You Proven experience in facilities management within commercial real estate or a similar technical environment. Tertiary qualification in Work Health & Safety or Environmental Management (Diploma minimum). Minimum 5 years’ experience in safety management within property, FM, construction, or utilities. Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, Australian Standards, audits, and integrated management systems. Skilled in incident investigations and reporting; ICAM and Lead Auditor certification highly regarded. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and technical report writing capabilities.
