About the company: Our client is leading provider of innovative data center solutions, specializing in the design, construction, and management of state-of-the-art facilities. Job responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS programs and policies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. - Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. - Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses to prevent recurrence and improve safety performance. - Provide EHS training and education to employees, contractors, and stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into project planning and execution. - Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics and trends to senior management. - Manage emergency response plans and coordinate drills to ensure preparedness for potential incidents. - Liaise with regulatory agencies and external auditors to ensure compliance and address any EHS-related inquiries. Job requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management, preferably within the data center or technology industry. - Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards, including OSHA, EPA, and ISO 14001. - Proven experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing safety programs. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. - Certification in EHS management, such as CSP, CIH, or NEBOSH, is preferred. - Proficiency in using EHS management software and tools.
