Let’s dive right in: Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with Spanish and EU regulations. Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and ensure effective preventive measures are in place. Provide EHS training and awareness programs to all employees, fostering a strong safety culture. Monitor environmental performance, manage waste, and promote sustainable practices. Collaborate with local authorities and stakeholders on all EHS-related matters. Your profile All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit in this role, and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this: A university degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in an EHS management role, preferably within the renewable energy or industrial sector. In-depth knowledge of Spanish EHS legislation and international standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse teams. Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level for both). Why us?
