Role Summary - The EHS manager is responsible for leading the Occupational Health, Safety and Working Environment (OHSE ) in Manufacturing operation, engineering, Facilities, Quality, Procurement, Supply chain to continue driving EHS culture, program and risk management. Ensure Compliance and Citification. Support Corporate sustainability goals. Job Responsibility - Ensure full compliance with EHS regulations and international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, RBA) and maintain site certifications without interruption. - Lead and enforce EHS governance by developing, implementing, and auditing policies to meet corporate and legal requirements. - Drive risk management and incident prevention through proactive hazard identification, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. - Manage emergency preparedness and crisis response plans to protect employees, assets, and business continuity. - Champion sustainability initiatives including waste reduction, and emissions control to achieve NXP's global targets. - Plan mandatory EHS training and awareness programs to build a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization. - Monitor, analyze, and report EHS performance metrics to corporate leadership and regulatory authorities, ensuring transparency and accountability. - Lead internal and external audits to maintain compliance and readiness for customer and certification audits. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and corporate EHS to align site practices with global standards and strategic objectives. - Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance workplace safety, environmental performance, and operational efficiency. Job Qualification - Education: Bachelor' s degree or above in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety or related field, equivalent experience in EHS management may be considered. - Work Experience: 1)>10 years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety management within semiconductor, electronics or chemical/material industries. >= 5 years of manager in EHS field. 2)Proven track record in managing compliance programs and certifications (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, RBA). 3) Must be able to engage in fluent business conversations in English. 4) Certificated: 甲種職業安全衛生管理員, 甲級安全管理師 / 甲級衛生管理師, 甲種職業安全衛生業務主管, 未來如因公司需求, 可能需進一步取得更高階證照 5) Candidates with team management experience are required. - Expertise in: 1)Risk assessment, hazard identification, preventive measures, and emergency response planning. 2)Environmental management systems and occupational health and safety standards. - Understanding of 1) local regulatory requirements and global EHS standards. 2)Corporate sustainability programs and reporting frameworks. - Background in 1)Semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment. 2)Managing audits and maintaining certification readiness. - Experience with/of 1)implementing sustainability initiatives (waste reduction, emissions control). 2)Leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement projects. 3)EHS software tools and data reporting systems.
