This is an excellent opportunity for a safety professional who’s passionate about driving a strong safety culture, ensuring environmental compliance, and making a meaningful impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do Support management and employees in maintaining compliance with OSHA, CAL/OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations Develop and implement Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures Lead or assist in incident investigations and root cause analyses Conduct workplace inspections and recommend corrective actions Coordinate and deliver safety and environmental training, including new hire orientations Participate as a Safety Committee leader, fostering engagement and accountability Manage EHS documentation, including training records, incident reports, and compliance data Support environmental compliance programs — stormwater, air, wastewater, and hazardous waste Assist with SPCC and SWPPP development and implementation Schedule and manage hazardous waste disposal and reporting activities What You Bring 4+ years of EHS experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment (wood products experience a plus) Associate's OR Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field (or equivalent experience) Must have STRONG experience with environmental regulations!
