NJFC operates three production facilities: Northwest Packing in Vancouver, WA.; San Benito Foods, in Hollister, CA; and Toma-Tek in Firebaugh, CA.
We are looking for an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to implement and maintain company policies adhering to local, state and federal environmental, health and safety regulations for a food manufacturing facility. Involved in the design and development of facilities, work areas and work procedures and makes environmental, health and safety recommendations accordingly. Individually as assigned or in a team role serves as a functional resource to ensure Environmental, Safety and Industrial Health and Sustainability deployments and/or projects are leveraged effectively and consistently. This leader will be responsible for supporting the plant business team and management with respect to EHS and Sustainability compliance and the implementation of programs which minimize risk, meet and exceed compliance requirements, and promote continuous improvement at our San Benito Foods plant in Hollister, CA.
