We at AAM Driveline Eisenach stand for state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies and innovative drive solutions. At our plant, we rely on highly automated processes and future-oriented technology. This means: new technologies, new opportunities, and above all – new colleagues who want to shape the future with us.

We're looking for people who aren't just looking for a job; they're looking for a purpose. People who want to grow, who are curious, who want to be supported – and who are ready to contribute their ideas. At AAM Driveline Eisenach, you'll find not only an exciting future, but also an environment that challenges you, supports you, and listens to you.

As a global corporation, we foster an open and friendly working atmosphere in Eisenach. Here, you matter – and so does what you want to achieve. Whether you're an experienced professional or just starting out: if you're keen to become part of a strong team that works together, then you've come to the right place.

As an EHS Officer (m/f/d), you will ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of the environmental and energy management systems according to ISO 14001 and ISO 50001. You will coordinate all environmental, energy, and EHS activities at the site and ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements. Furthermore, you will make a significant contribution to the further development of environmental, safety, and sustainability standards within the company through training, accident analyses, and structured documentation.

  • Responsibility for operational waste and hazardous material management, including digital documentation and signature processes.
  • Implementation of group-internal sustainability programs and coordination of all environmental, energy and EHS activities at the site.
  • Monitoring of legal and other requirements (e.g. waste management, emissions, hazardous substances) as well as communication with authorities and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Analysis of workplace accidents, evaluation of protective measures and initiation of suitable improvement measures.
  • Creation, maintenance and management of system-relevant documentation as well as provision of tax-relevant energy data.
  • Conducting employee training and raising awareness among the workforce about environmental, energy and safety issues.
