Dillon Engineering Services is recruiting an EHS Engineering & Projects Manager to join our talented and ambitious client’s team in Westport, Co. Mayo. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and coordinating an effective EHS program for all construction projects on-site, as well as for engineering, facilities, and maintenance activities. The goal is to ensure the health, safety, welfare, and well-being of employees, contractors, and the local community.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in science, engineering, or a relevant field, along with a diploma in Health & Safety.
• At least 10 years of relevant EHS experience, including 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience leading EHS on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of EHS compliance requirements and legislation.
• Candidates must have valid visa/citizenship to work in Ireland/Europe.

• Lead a team of EHS professionals to develop and execute EHS plans, supporting projects, engineering operations, compliance, and excellence in all aspects of EHS.
