Experienced in construction safety methodology and intervention management. Proficient with local code and authority pertaining to health & safety standards Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of construction work to verify compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes Review material certifications and test reports to ensure conformity with project requirements Document inspection results and maintain comprehensive quality records Identify nonconforming work and coordinate corrective actions with project teams Safety Oversight: Perform scheduled and random safety inspections of construction sites Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective measures Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents Verify proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Monitor environmental compliance related to construction activities Location: Remote –Bangkok, THA If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
