Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring workplace safety, promoting health standards, and maintaining compliance with all legal and organizational regulations. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs. Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. Organize and deliver HSE training sessions for employees and management. Ensure compliance with local, national, and international health and safety regulations. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement preventive measures. Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and training activities. Collaborate with different departments to promote a culture of safety and awareness. Prepare and submit detailed reports to management and regulatory authorities when required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. Safety expert cetificate (A class) Certification in HSE standards (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) is preferred. Minimum 5 of experience in an HSE role. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
