Overview The EHS (WWTP) Specialist position will perform tasks and contributes to processes/project components for the Environmental Compliance area under moderate supervision, ensuring work is aligned to organizational standards, escalating problems and roadblocks as they occur. Responsible for activities related to the environment including the broader community impacted by environmental hazards, monitor WWTP operation, waste management and emission control program. Responsibilities What you will be responsible for: Facilitate, motivate and promote the deployment of EHS Policy throughout the organization, through guidance, training and assistance. Implement strategic development plan to reduce environmental footprint from water and energy. Monitor integrated management system (IMS) implementation in line with PepsiCo’s Global EHS Management System (GEHSMS). Serving as a technical advisor on environmental policies and standards to ensure regulatory applicability. Conducting research and technical audits on environmental impact of operational plant. Improving environmental conservation management, including waste management, water pollution and air pollution. Ensure periodical environmental report submitted to required stakeholder Conduct sustainability & life cycle assessment Monitor wastewater quality and emission compliance Ensure environmental assessment conducted periodically Qualifications What you will need to have: 4+ years of experience in environmental aspect and overall EHS system Minimum hold Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science or Chemical Engineering Proven experience working in the Chemical or Oil & Gas Industry will be an advantage Have good team work, communication skills, strong decision making abilities, strong analysis and problem solving skills Familiar with wastewater treatment and emission control operation Experience in running sustainability program Good presentation and facilitation skills, problem solving/action planning Experience in dealing with Government Environmental Regulation Experience in PROPERNAS process Familiar with SIMPEL & SPEED (SIRAJA Limbah) Preferable to hold AK3U & POPAL / POPU / POPLB3 Certification Fluent in verbal and written English & Bahasa
