What you’ll do: Essential Functions The summer intern will support the department by assisting with tasks such as: • Partnering with team members to develop solutions for process, product, or operational challenges. • Supporting the planning, justification, and implementation of new concepts, equipment, tools, processes, or systems. • Collaborating with engineering, operations, and cross-functional teams to apply continuous improvement and efficiency concepts. • Researching and evaluating new technologies or process improvements and assessing their potential business impact. • Supporting training and development activities—including gathering data, validating results, preparing reports, and presenting findings. • Completing additional duties or project assignments as needed Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: • Actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program • Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above (Please do not round). • Must be able to work in Arden, NC full-time for the duration of the internship • Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
