You’ll work alongside passionate and collaborative teammates. You'll play a key role in fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility within our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, operations, and project management), support the development and implementation of EHS plans, and much more. You’ll specifically take care of ensuring compliance with EHS standards and regulations, but also support the creation of a proactive EHS culture across the project team. We’ll look to you for: Supporting the Project EHS Manager on all EHS-related topics Cooperating with internal resources to achieve EHS objectives Preparing, implementing, and maintaining emergency plans Coordinating and controlling activities with respect to EHS, especially in interface areas Recognizing and promoting best practices while addressing any violations of EHS regulations or Alstom standards Raising awareness among project personnel on EHS aspects and providing necessary support Developing and maintaining the Project EHS Management System Ensuring compliance with international standards such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Performing EHS risk assessments and defining measures to control risks Assisting in the implementation of EHS training programs and conducting inductions and toolbox meetings Capturing, investigating, and analyzing incidents to implement corrective and preventive actions Preparing monthly EHS reports and supporting reporting systems Conducting inspections and audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement All about you We value passion and attitude over experience. Responsibilities
