What we offer: Global company with strong systems, structure, and support Permanent full-time opportunity Competitive salary package About the Role We are seeking an EHSQ Coordinator to lead and support Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality Assurance initiatives across the Pacific region. In this role, you will ensure compliance with legislative requirements, embed continuous improvement, and champion our Integrated Business Management Systems. As a key representative of our Safety Management System, you will support the business with technical expertise, policy reviews, auditing programmes, performance monitoring, customer feedback processes, and training delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain the JCI Integrated Business Management Systems (EHSQ) in line with ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 9001:2015, ensuring ongoing accreditation and compliance. Maintain a visible EHSQ presence on projects and sites. Conduct and coordinate regular onsite quality audits and inspections. Administer key EHSQ system elements, including near miss and unsafe condition reporting, non conformance reporting, and document control. Support monthly statistical reporting and collaborate closely with the Pacific EHSQ team. Manage NCRs and corrective/preventative actions, and drive continuous improvement activities. Monitor performance against EHS and quality KPIs through audits and other assessments. Manage pre-qualification processes and contractor portals. Identify training needs and ensure compliance with EHSQ training requirements. Facilitate incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Ensure sites meet legal and regulatory requirements. Facilitate and complete risk assessments and Safe Work Method Statements. Lead and participate in branch meetings and toolbox talks, ensuring clear feedback loops to management and staff. Provide guidance and advice on Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality matters. Support Return to Work coordination and claims processes. Influence stakeholders to achieve best practice outcomes and contribute to our Zero Harm culture. About You Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety (minimum) Experience as an EHS Auditor Previous experience in construction or a similar operational environment Competent in incident investigation Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and SharePoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills Current motor vehicle licence Only applicants with the current right to work in Australia will be considered.
