Job Description Health & Safety Conduct regular site and plant inspections to identify hazards and unsafe conditions. Prepare and review Risk Assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Safe Work Procedures. Monitor compliance with safety rules, PPE usage, and safe working practices. Support the investigation of incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare incident reports and follow up corrective and preventive actions. Assist in implementing permit-to-work systems (e.g. hot work, confined space, lifting activities). Environmental Management Support compliance with environmental requirements related to waste management, chemical handling, storage, and spill prevention. Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS), chemical registers, and environmental records. Participate in environmental inspections and follow up on corrective actions. Quality Management Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS). Assist in managing non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Support product, process, and operational compliance with internal procedures and quality requirements. Assist in preparation for internal and external quality audits. EHSQ Documentation & Compliance Prepare, update, and maintain EHSQ procedures, work instructions, forms, and records. Support compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 at operational level. Assist in audit preparation, site inspections, and regulatory compliance activities. Training & Awareness Deliver EHSQ inductions for employees and contractors. Conduct toolbox talks, quality awareness, and safety training sessions. Promote a strong EHSQ culture on site. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly EHSQ reports and KPI data. Track corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely closure. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Experience 3–5 years of hands-on EHSQ experience in an industrial, manufacturing, chemical, or construction environment. Certifications (Preferred) NEBOSH IGC or equivalent safety certification. Practical knowledge or training in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of EHSQ systems and practical site implementation. Ability to conduct inspections, risk assessments, and audits. Good documentation, reporting, and analytical skills. Effective communication and coordination skills.
