As an EHSS Advisor, you will be at the forefront of driving the EHSS safety-first agenda on site. You will conduct and monitor routine checks, maintain robust auditory controls, and ensure high levels of engagement with our site management team and employees. Your role will involve carrying out site audits, managing risks, conducting incident investigations, and leading training programmes to foster a compliant and safe working environment.
Hours of Work: Full Time

EHSS ADVISOR REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in an EHSS Advisor role within manufacturing.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Strong knowledge of EHSS legislation, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
