EHSW & Security Advisor
The EHSW Advisor in Aprilia is a key member of the EHSW team and actively contributes to preserving the health, safety and well-being of our employees and the environment. The EHSW Advisor has the responsibilities to ensure company’s compliance with processes, policies, guidelines, through the application of the directives received by EHSW & Security Lead (RSPP) and Corporate EHSW stakeholders.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:

Support the EHSW & Security Lead to develop a safety culture within the business operation, working in integration among all the departments;

  • Cooperate to maintain Business Continuity;
  • Implement EHSW processes, policies, guidelines, strategies within the business operation and ensure compliance;
  • Cooperate to maintain and renew international standard systems;
  • Participate in projects and improve EHSW communication and awareness among the site;
  • Support to manage EHSW budget respecting local financial rules;
  • Support the EHSW & Security Lead to define the prevention and control strategy to monitor and control High Severity Risks according to the EHS Duty Holder Matrix model.

Basic Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Master Degree with EHSW qualifications
  • 2+ years’ experience in similar roles in EHSW in a manufacturing Site
  • ASPP qualification according to Italian Local regulation D. Lgs. 81/08;
  • Advanced knowledge of oral and written English;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill;
  • Effectiveness in developing tasks to achieve targets

    Preferred Qualifications

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Communication skills
  • Ability to provide competent advice to the business
  • Knowledge of legislation and tools available to support managers
  • Knowledge of Haleon systems and ways or working
