FC Consulting is a Minnesota-based compliance firm that supports autism and EIDBI providers. We are not a treatment center, our role is to help providers stay compliant with DHS regulations, Medicaid billing requirements, and audit readiness. We specialize in regulatory oversight, quality assurance, internal audits, and staff training.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Compliance Officer with direct DHS/EIDBI experience to join our team. This role focuses strictly on compliance systems, documentation audits, and Medicaid billing integrity. It does not involve providing or supervising direct EIDBI services.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong, proven experience with EIDBI and DHS compliance (required).
  • Familiarity with Medicaid billing, MNITS, and DHS audit processes.
  • Background in documentation review, corrective action, and HIPAA compliance.
  • Skilled in staff training, technical writing, and policy development.
  • Education: Bachelor’s preferred but not required — DHS/EIDBI compliance experience is most important.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Prior role in EIDBI, 245D, ARMHS, or similar DHS-licensed services.
  • Experience preparing for or responding to DHS audits and citations.
  • Knowledge of person-centered planning, abuse prevention plans, and corrective action protocols.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills for working across multiple agencies.
