JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage software vendors and end-user stakeholders (client, internal stakeholders) in the project implementation of Enterprise Information Management (EIM) Tools
• Ensure EIM Tools are properly integrated in the EPC Information Management System to fulfill operational and client’s project contractual requirements
• Support systems implementation, applications monitoring, data completeness and troubleshooting with vendors and relevant stakeholders
• Support system administrative to the relevant stakeholders
• Any other assigned duties and responsibilties when tasked by Section Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in any engineering disciplines. Diploma holders with relevant experience are welcome to apply
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply (On Job Training will be provided)
• Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for a senior role
• Possess positive and willing to learn attitude
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in using MS 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, Words, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Experience in using MS Power BI will be advantage
