QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop user support is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in supporting O365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Windows 11/10, Mac OS, Barcode scanners, and Zebra printers.
• Preferred knowledge of FortiGate firewalls, Aruba WiFi, Synology NAS, or similar devices.
• Familiarity with WAN/LAN networking, IP routing, VLANs, IPsec, VPNs, and DNS.
• Experience in maintaining, relocating, and building computer room infrastructure.
• Fluency in English and Dutch, both oral and written.
• Willingness to travel and provide support to EU locations.

• Provide remote and on-site desktop support to European branches and offer technical advice.
• Resolve and track support issues related to internal core applications and provide user assistance at the Eindhoven warehouse.
• Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to clarify requirements and issues, enabling them to deliver effective solutions.
• Support the rollout of new regional systems and participate in IT departmental projects at Morrison.
• Maintain effective communication with local vendors for the upkeep of server room devices.
