  • Cert IV in relevant discipline OR minimum 3 years relevant Administrative experience

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Customer Support Supervisor , an opportunity has arisen for an all-round administrator who can work Part Time – 5 days Per Fortnight (W, Th, F, M, Tu), whilst contributing to the broader Perth Administration team including some EA duties once a week.

DUTIES

  • Greet clients and manage front desk reception
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Respond to internal and external enquiries
  • Provide general support to staff and executives (EA Duties)
  • Obtain quotes, raise purchase orders and process invoices
  • Manage contractor onboarding and compliance through WOL
  • Manage uniform ordering, consumables, and stationery inventory
  • Maintain and update databases & systems
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of business processes and procedures
  • Perform general administrative tasks
